The maritime occupation in the central Mediterranean sea is part of the story, not the whole story. We are a movement and we are making waves against the system, and we couldn’t do it without f.Lottine, land f.Lotta and the groups joining.
Multiple, decentralized, interconnected actions, before, during and after the main event south of Lampedusa, are necessary to reach more people with f.Lotta ideas and counter the growing influence of the far right. Since Europe decided to become a fortress, it has accepted the risk of facing a collective siege.
f.Lottine and land f.Lotta
A f.Lottina is a maritime, river or lake occupation other than the one in the central Med. A land f.Lotta action can take many forms, such as a talk, a march, a sit-in in front of a deportation center. At times, a f.Lottina and a land f.Lotta action are organised together.
f.Lottine and land f.Lotta bring our ideas and political horizon where it hurts, inside the fortress. The occupation in the central Mediterranean sea prompts parallel occupations elsewhere, liberating public spaces from the logic of the border regime.
